It seems like the 6th floor of Roberts hall are musicians now. Along with hitting the books hard, we are also going the music route. Music from artist like Lil B Da Beast (T) and Co-Man (Corey) are starting to emerge from the underground. They have done songs with other people around the Southern Miss campus. They have also put other people from off the 6th floor like CK (Charles) and others who have hopped on tracks and have done collaborations with them. The creativity level is so high that we have a TV show called “Straight to the Point,” hosted by JB (who also is featured on an upcoming record with Lil B Da Beast). The show is starting to catch fire on Facebook.com; it has received a lot of positive remarks and request to be on the show.
In the future, the artist on this floor plan to do big shows and open up for bigger artist. Ultimately they want to sign deals with big name record companies. They also want to do songs not only with the big names in the music business now but also some of the greatest to ever do music
